Prior to his role as Executive Chairman of Gravity group of companies, Chris was a Principal of Mason Voukidis, Chartered Accountants, a practice that employed 25 staff and specialised in the Information Technology and Telecommunications segment. Chris has been intimately involved in the ASX listing, merger and acquisition of several client companies in those industries including Powerlan Limited, Clarity International, National Telecoms Group, and Magna Data. Chris was a Non Executive Director on the boards of the publicly listed companies Powerlan Limited and Clarity International, and served as Finance Director of Powerlan for two years. Chris is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW) with Majors in Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems.

With over 20 years of experience in the ITC industry in roles ranging from technical to executive positions, Hamid gained extensive experience in product development and delivery of leading telecommunication solutions in roles with Namadgi Corporation, Optus Vision, Powerlan Limited, and Clarity International. Hamid holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.

Perry has over 10 years of business experience in varying accounting roles. Prior to joining Gravity, he was the Company Secretary of ASX listed company Powerlan Limited, where he also served, at varying times, as the CFO and a Director. Perry is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Social Science and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Robert has more than 20 years experience in executive and technical positions. Prior to joining Gravity in 2007 he held the position of Chief Technology Officer of Clarity and ASX listed company Powerlan Limited. Previously, Robert served as IT Director for Colliers Jardine and Executive Director of Namadgi Corporation, which he co-founded. Robert holds a BSc degree from Australian National University and a Masters in Systems Development from Charles Sturt University

Phil Silva has over 20 years experience in a wide range of executive, sales and marketing roles in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors. Phil has developed sales and marketing strategies for a variety of start-ups and major corporations, including Optus, Telstra and Western Power Corporation. In 2000, Phil was the first to introduce Video-on-Demand to the Australian market at Transact Communications. Phil is also an accredited associate by the Institute for Independent Business.

TECHNICAL TEAM
Gravity is pleased to benefit from one of the most professional and efficient IT teams a technology company would want to have. Led by Robert Leidl, our CTO, the following senior resources lead the Development and Infrastructure aspects of our Products and Services.

Alessandro has over 20 years of IT industry experience in roles that span from application development through to network security and systems engineering. Prior to joining Gravity, Alessandro had developed award winning projects within the IT, Health and Government industries. He was selected the Microsoft Technet Brazil IT Hero in 2007, and was awarded the Microsoft IT Heroes Happen - USA in 2008. He is a recognised speaker at Microsoft TechEd IT events, and in 2009 he was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in Virtual Machine. Alessandro holds MCT, MCSE in Security, MCSA, MCITP, MCTS in SQL, MCTS in SharePoint, plus Linux and Modulo Security Certifications.

Ranju has more than 13 years of experience in applications architecture, in a variety of industries, with a strong focus on Financial, Accounting, Gaming, E-Commerce, and Inventory Management. Prior to joining Gravity, Ranju had worked at leading IT development/consulting and financial companies including Oakton and Merrill Lynch. Ranju holds MCPD in Enterprise Application, Web and Windows Development, and MCTS in SQL and BizTalk, and is a Sun certified Web component developer.
